Suggested Itinerary
Please meet your guide in the main car park at Over Haddon, from here our walk begins with a short sharp descent down and into Lathkill Dale, we then follow the dale west and upstream with time to explore the now defunct mining industry. Lathkill dale is a National Nature reserve, as we reach the end of Lathkill Dale we head up and join the Limestone way, we follow this all the way into Youlgreave.
With the chance for refreshments and toilets we then follow the river Bradford till it joins up with the River Lathkill. At this point we are back in Lathkill dale and we follow the river up steam back to just below Over Haddon. Then no getting away from it there is a short but steep climb up out of the Dale and back to Over Haddon.
