If you would like to CANCEL or MOVE your MULTI-DAY EXPERIENCE* booking, subject to our Terms & Conditions, please fill in the form below.

* A booking that takes place across a period greater than 24 hours, e.g. bookings including an overnight stay(s) or a series of consecutive day walks/events/activities. (If your booking is for a DAY EXPERIENCE please complete this form instead.)

Submitted forms are date/time stamped to prove receipt time and will be processed within Large Outdoors office hours.

If you are cancelling your booking within 48 hours of its start time, it would be extremely helpful if you could inform your host/guide via text message too - we’ll have sent you an email with their name and number.
